Hussain Sajwani started his real estate foray in the late 90s, and in 2002, he founded DAMAC Properties. The real estate development firm is one of the largest firms in the Middle East, and it offers mostly luxury housing with the finest quality in the industry. His DAMAC Properties also collaborated with U.S. President Donald Trump’s real estate development firm Trump International and built a world-class golf course called Trump International Course in Dubai.
Since then, Hussain Sajwani has a long-standing relationship with Donald Trump and his family including daughter Ivanka Trump. Interestingly, Hussain Sajwani was invited to the New Year’s Eve celebration hosted by Trump in 2017, after he won the Presidential election.
Hussain Sajwani established his flagship investment firm called DICO Investments Co LLC in 1992. He also has businesses named Al Amana Building Materials and Al Anwar Ceramic Tiles Co. based in Oman to manufacture and supply high-quality building materials and ceramic tiles in the country.
Hussain also founded Al Jazeira Services to offer catering and other support services to various industries and customers. His DAMAC Properties launched the hospitality division of the firm called DAMAC Maison to offer bespoke services to hotel apartments and at least 15,000 serviced hotel rooms.
